Walk From Home
There might be short trails that you can access right from home. No need to pack up and drive somewhere. Just walk out your door and head to the nearest trail, dirt road, whatever.
For me, I have single track roads across the street, weaving around the local reservoir. Nothing particularly challenging, but the views of the surrounding mountains are wonderful and the wildlife varied.
Walking on pavement around you is viable if that's all you can access. Take what you can get.
Walk to the park and take some laps through it. It gives you time to think, away from screens and fresh air.
Boils down to just getting outside. The less friction you have to hiking, the more likely it'll happen.
Get out, stretch your legs and have fun!
